My system has run out of application memory.

I bought a MacBook Pro 16" 2021 Memory 32 GB and my system show me this message sometimes. Your system has run out of application memory and I only have used 3 software Visual Code Studio, Safari, Docker Desktop. Please I would like someone explanation about this behavior because my laptop did not cost very cheap for reach this result. I got this message in version 12.5 and previous too (12.4).

You have only so much RAM and it can't be changed in any way. The ultimate solution is to use less RAM by running fewer apps or by using more memory efficient apps. 32 GB is a lot, but some apps just gobble RAM up.
