Chinese characters are appearing on phone

When I do a spotlight search for an app that is not in my phone, the first box shows the app in the App Store with the get button next to it. The name of the app will be in English but then next to it is Chinese characters. Some apps are just completely in Chinese. I’ve already secured my account, changed the password, made sure no devices other than my own are logged in under my iCloud, language and region are all correct but I can’t get the Chinese characters to go away. It makes me worried because my abusive ex partner that was Chinese that would go on my phone without my knowledge. I’ve attached screenshots, he infiltrated my Amazon Alexa devices so I had to disable and restart all of that. I’m worried that the characters are showing in Chinese, I’m not sure if my account is somehow linked somewhere to his or he has access. I’ve attached screenshots.

The chances ate your App Store and bank card are registered in China

First check Settings, Your name, Payment & Shipping and make sure the address and payment method on your account are set up for your country.

Then I would backup, then restore to factory settings.

Then set up the phone manually as new setting the region correctly and NOT restoring the backup

Test it again. If it fixes it then restore the backup.

If the problem comes back then you will have to move your important data and phitos off the phone, Restore to factory and then set up manually again and start afresh
