No connection after updating to IOS 15.6

After updating to IOS 15.6 on iPhone 13 there is no connection on both sim cards (one physical and the other - eSim). No cell service, no sms and mobile internet, only wifi works

Thanks, but it doesn't work.

I tried to remove the physical sim card from the phone - there was connection to eSim. But when I turned off eSim, connection on the physical sim card doesn't appear. It turns out that after the update there was a conflict between the physical sim and eSim. At the same time in one phone they can't work.

Before update it was fine.
