Can’t forward Articles on ipad

When I try to forward articles I am reading from my iPad, it displays a “loading” message in the potential email, but never loads.

"Before you begin

There are a few things to keep in mind and check:

  • When you make an iOS or iPadOS backup in iCloud or iTunes, it backs up your mail settings, but not your email. If you delete or change your email account settings, previously downloaded email might be removed from your device.
  • Make sure that your device is connected to the internet.
  • Check with your email service provider to find out if there's a service outage.
  • If you can't access your email, or you can't send and receive messages with your @icloud.com email address, learn what to do."


The steps above are your best starting point for general issues sending mail. If those steps don't help, check out the link above for additional suggestions. Should the issue persist, let us know the answers to the questions below. This will help us work out the next best steps.


• Where are you forwarding the articles from?

• What server are you sending emails from?

• Is your iPad available for any updates? Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

• Are you experiencing this issue with different networks?
