Can’t forward articles on a new iPad

Just got a new iPad and updated to the current IOS. When I try to forward an article and select Email, a I draft email page pops up but spins endlessly. This didn’t happen on my old iPad and my email program works fine on the new iPad otherwise. Is there a solution to this?

Can you tell us which app you’re attempting to forward articles from? To isolate, does engaging the Share Sheet and choosing Mail result in the same behavior when using it in another app? 


If you haven’t already, let’s also make sure we cover some troubleshooting basics and see if there is any change. 

1 - Force quit both the app you’re forwarding the article from and the Mail app, relaunch and test again - Close an app on your iPad

2 - Restart your iPad and then test again - Restart your iPad

3 - If the app you’re forwarding from is third-party app, let’s also make sure the app is up to date - How to manually update apps on your Apple device
