Can you tell us which app you’re attempting to forward articles from? To isolate, does engaging the Share Sheet and choosing Mail result in the same behavior when using it in another app?
If you haven’t already, let’s also make sure we cover some troubleshooting basics and see if there is any change.
1 - Force quit both the app you’re forwarding the article from and the Mail app, relaunch and test again - Close an app on your iPad
