I send emails with attachment. One page and other two pages. One two pager does not open and stays as icon. The other one page opens up. How to compress to icon. I’ve tried right clicking and no good option comes up. Help!

If you are referring to PDF attachments, single-page PDFs are shown as their open page, and larger PDFs are attached as icons. You can make the single-page PDF an icon by right-clicking on that attachment icon and choosing View as Icon from the secondary menu.

I am referring to PDF attachment and not clear on where to click. Are you saying right click on file before I attach to email?
