Free Apple TV for 3 Months
it says 3 months but when I go to sign in it says accept 7 days not 3 months. What is going on?

Apple TV+ is offered with a 3 months free trial for users that have recently bought a new iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch, or Mac, and haven’t redeemed for an extended trial to this service before. Other users may be eligible for other offers from select third party companies. Else there is the standard 7 day trial. If you have had a trial before, than you may not be eligible for a new trial.

Note that for Macs, users have to additionally sign in to the TV app (menu Account), for the redeem option to appear.
