Dell U2721DE

I just bought the new 2022 MacBook Air, and it does not seem to be compatible with the Dell Ultrasharp (U2721DE) monitor that I bought just a couple years ago. Dell's website does not list any drivers for Mac OS (only Windows) for this model monitor. Does this mean that my high end monitor is now just a very expensive paper weight? Are there any workarounds? (I've been using this monitor fine with my old MacBook Air, 2015 model).
