MacBook malfunction

About a year ago I was gifted a MacBook Pro laptop, and it works great except for something very weird. Every single night at exactly 10 pm the ability to search or connect to any type of internet stops working. It doesn’t bother me too much because I don’t usually need my laptop past 10 pm but on the nights I do it’s especially frustrating because I can’t figure out why this happens. I don’t have any sort of VPNs on the computer that would cause this, and I’ve searched for a setting that I might have on but to no avail. It’s happened ever since I’ve got the computer and I don’t know how to fix it. Would love some help.
