Is it possible to use a PC as a wireless (Bluetooth or otherwise) speaker?

I downloaded Bluetooth Audio Receiver. It worked with my iPhone, so I figured it would work with my Mac (using it with my Mac was my original intention). I was able to connect to my PC in the Bluetooth settings, but it didn't show up as an audio output device. The app description states that it requires the playback device support A2DP, and lo and behold, Mac does not support it, which I find weird considering iPhone supports it.

The reason I want this is because I have nice wired speakers connected to my PC and I don't want to have to switch them when I use my Mac. It doesn't have to be Bluetooth; it can be Wi-Fi or something. Heck, it doesn't necessarily need to be wireless, but I can't imagine a wired solution that would be more practical that simply plugging my speakers into my Mac.
