My left airpod pro keeps making a pop sound around every 3 seconds. Any idea what might be causing it?

My left airpod keeps making a pop sound every 3 seconds when I activate noise cancelling mode, any clues to what might be causing the problem? I just bought them around a week ago, I tried resetting but its not working.

iPhone 11, iOS 15

If you've tried all the steps in the article you referenced, (If your AirPods Pro make crackling or static sounds) we recommend following the steps from the bottom of that article (AirPods Pro Service Program for Sound Issues) to set up service.
