Apple movies

when I click on the iTunes movies and tv shows the screen goes white. I have not been able to access my purchases or any other movies or tv shows for over two weeks. How can it be a fixed?

Make sure the device is up to date. Force quit the app. Purchases can also be accessed using the Apple TV app so try there as well.
