Since I upgraded to Monterey, every few minutes I get a pop-up requesting my keychain password. I haven't ever changed my login password or my keychain password, which are different passwords. How can I get this to stop?

If they are different, you will have to enter the keychain password whenever access is needed. I think it locks after five minutes, but that is adjustable in Keychain Access.
