I can't create a child account for my family

I am trying to add my son to the family account. I click on parental verification and it asks for my credit card, but there is nothing there... it is just blank. No place to type anything, no buttons to go forward and done is grayed out. What is wrong and what do I do? My son needs this because he is non-verbal and his AAC program is on the device.

Thank you so much for your reply. I was able to get everything sorted out. It took an escalated phone call from an advance tech support to get it done but it got fixed.


For others with this same problem I recommend trying to add your card information to your profile before creating the child account. That seems to be what helped for me!


Good luck everyone and thank you Eric for your post... I couldn't find a link anywhere I looked for the contact information to apple support!
