I lost my iPhone but can’t track it because find my iPhone is turned off

In such a situation, all you can do is listed in this support article:--> If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch is lost or stolen - Apple Support, and/or:--> Use the Find My app to locate a missing device or item - Apple Support
