Watch side button not functional.

I need to restart my watch because my swipe up doesn’t work(does this occasionally and restart fixes it) but my side button doesn’t work. On the phone I can use assist to restart, is there a similar option on watch?

I work outdoors and long sleeves that are wet will usually press buttons on its own, so it’s turned on the ‘happy face, sad face’ and I need to turn that off, but can’t because I can’t restart my watch to be able to use swipe up. Thanks I’m advance!
