Why does my MacBook Air (2019 or 2020, can't remember) keep shutting itself down.

Just today my MacBook started to shut down without warning. My screen would go black and sometimes glitchy then black. It's done it about 6-7 times today and I'm really worried. I'm not sure if I have a virus or if it's because the laptop is old. Every time it reboot's itself it comes up with this code :

"panic(cpu 0 caller 0xfffffff0122a09e4): void AppleEmbeddedPCIeUpLinkMgmt::_linkInterruptAction(IOInterruptEventSource *, int): A link timeout has been seen after 650000 microseconds and 49999 iterations.

Year can matter ... Apple icon > About This Mac and post the details less the serial number.

Many times hardware issues can cause this but not every time. Have you been experiencing any other problems? The screen looks like a graphics card issue.
