I have upgraded my iPhone storage by paying 3 euros in July

Since a few days ago, I have not been able to access my storage on my iPhone and the manage storage info does not pop up.

I tried restarting my phone and deleted all apps and still I cannot access any of the below.

Before yesterday I upgraded my iCloud storage plan from my MAC but it did not upgrade on the iPhone even after restarting it a couple of times.

When this did not work, I tried downgrading the plan to 50GB and it did not downgrade either.

I need to be able to upgrade my iPhone storage plan urgently!

Thank you.

Hey there TantoonAS,

Let's team up to get your storage in both locations showing correctly. To start, we'd like to narrow down some possible causes by confirming the following details:

  1. While it may take some time for iCloud and your internal storage to update due to you recently changing the iCloud+ storage plan you have, how long has it been since you've done this?
  2. We see you have a low charge on your iPhone, along with being connected to cellular. We also see that Low Power Mode is enabled, but we recommend disabling it while troubleshooting this. Once you plug in your iPhone to a charger, and have it connected to Wi-Fi, and disabled Low Power Mode, we recommend waiting an hour to see if there's any change.
  3. We see you have iOS 14 installed on your iPhone 11 Pro, but the latest version is iOS 15.6. You can verify this within Settings > General > About. Here's a link that'll show how to first back up, then Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.

Cheers!
