Disabled screen

Hello. I don't remember my 4-digit pin I had set on my i phone 7, I am now locked out. It says to connect to iTunes. I did that and then it states to put it in recovery mode, and this is where I'm struggling, it won't do what it says it should be doing. It just turns back on and says "phone disabled connect to iTunes"

If you are unable to reset Screen Time passcode from the this-> link then, you will need a computer. If you don't have one, borrow from a friend.

Connect iPhone to Computer / Mac


Settings > Touch/Face ID & Passcode > USB Accessories > [Enable]
