Adjust keyboard brightness Issue on MacBook Pro 2020

Hello, I've updated to my MCP to Monterey, and my brightness is not working anymore, I don't even have the 'Adjust keyboard brightness in low light" anymore. I have read other discussions with the same problem, and no fix.

"Use Control Center. See the following from Turn your Mac keyboard’s backlighting on or off - Apple Support"

"In Control Center, click Keyboard Brightness, then drag the slider."

"Automatically adjust backlighting in low light conditions Choose Apple menu > System Preferences, click Keyboard , then click Keyboard. Select “Adjust keyboard brightness in low light.”

"Automatically turn backlighting off after a period of inactivity

  1. Choose Apple menu  > System Preferences, click Keyboard , then click Keyboard.
  2. Select “Turn keyboard backlight off after [time period] of inactivity,” then choose a time from the pop-up menu. "

I even factory restarted my MCP, and still have the issue, can somebody actually help... Please look at the other discussion, for a better understanding, do i have a missing file or anything? I took it to apple store, ran every test and it said I everything, and they didn't know why...

To trouble shoot further you can:

—Test issue in another user (or guest user) account Set up users, guests, and groups on Mac - Apple Support

This will tell you if it a universal issue or isolated to your user/admin account.

—SafeBoot How to use safe mode on your Mac - Apple Support will sort many anomalies

Takes a bit longer to get to the login screen, does a quick disk repair before it fully boots up, and certain system caches get cleared and rebuilt, including dynamic loader cache, font cache, etc.

Login and test. Reboot as normal and test. Caches get rebuilt automatically.

no insight or resolve—

run the user Diagnostic...not as definitive as Apple's own AST2 (Apple Service Toolkit) back bench diagnostic, but may kick out an error code.
