"Watch Me Do" in Automator

Hello guys, I'm here seeking for answer or solutions to my problem:

I created a simple app with Automator, and I knew if I use "Watch Me Do" as a step in the workflows, then I need to go to Security&Privacy>Accessibility>Making the app I made checked. But once I launch it, the warning always shows up:

The action “Watch Me Do” encountered an error: “This application must be allowed to control this computer using accessibility features, using the Security & Privacy preferences located in System Preferences, before using ''Watch Me Do''.

Why? I've done this setting. Hope someone can solve this. Thanks.
