I have received a notification that my lost iPhone was found, and that it would be sent via post office. My address is already filled out, how do I continue this process. I can't find anything on what to do next. How do I proceed to receive my stolen device?

Received a notification from who? I hope you didn't click on any link and enter your apple id or password, if you did then whomever has your phone can gain access to your account.
Change ALL passwords now.
