iPad Repair

Recently sent an iPad Pro in for repair on august 2nd I believe an I’ve received a replacement on august 1st


i followed the instructions on shipping the iPad in for repair put it’s been over a week at this point an I’ve haven’t gotten a notice that apple has received it, an if it’s not received my august 12th (Tomorrow) I will be charged $2800


i don’t have a tracking number to see if it’s made it to an apple location or it’s lost on a FedEx truck

Whenever I've returned items I made sure to get a receipt. I've returned items that was accepted at a UPS Store and I always ask for a receipt with a tracking number. You had the tracking number available to you and could have made a photocopy of the label.


If I were to do this, I would insist on handing over the device in person and to get a receipt. I have questions about return times these days.

Well it’s a little to late for that so…

apple is a billion dollar company it should have the resources to look up a tracking number that THEY created.. that is coming from 1 particular addresses in the United States


Like you ive shipped and order many items as well, and if haven’t received something I would call the shipping company not the company I ordered it from

so maybe instead of telling me what I should’ve done you can help me an maybe get me in contact with someone who deals with shipping and receiving packages
