Unable to Reset Password - MacBook Pro
I can’t log into my new computer because I (embarrassingly) forgot my password. I have the reset password assistant pulled up. When I enter my Apple ID and password for my Apple ID, it says, “There was an error connecting to the Apple ID server.” I’ve been attempting this for 4 days, and am growing more & more frustrated. Please help. Thank you.
