Hi there, tgwaste-,

Thanks for visiting the Apple Support Communities to get help with this error message. Based on the error message itself, and the fact that it is occurring on two different computers, it seems like the issue might be related to network connectivity. To help us confirm that, or determine if something else is the culprit, we'd like you to take the following troubleshooting steps to get started. Make sure to do one step at a time, stopping to test between each one.

  1. Quit any open apps: Quit apps on Mac - Apple Support, then restart your Mac: Shut down or restart your Mac - Apple Support
  2. Check for, and install, any available macOS updates: Update macOS on Mac - Apple Support
  3. If you're finding this occur in a particular browser on both computers, see if the issue continues in a different browser.
  4. Restart your modem and router. This can typically be done by unplugging them from power for about 30 seconds, but we recommend double checking with your device manufacturers to confirm their best practices for restarting.
  5. See if the issue occurs on a different network.

Don't hesitate to respond back if you still need some help. If you do, please let us know the following information:

  • Which browser(s) does this occur in?
  • Does it occur on multiple networks?
  • What macOS version is installed on the computers?

Enjoy your weekend!
