It sounds like you are having issues accessing your Apple ID account due to not having access to your trusted device, phone number or rescue contacts. Do we have that right?


If your Apple ID / iCloud account was set up with two-factor authentication, you can try the suggestions from article, Get a verification code and sign in with two-factor authentication to get the required code to sign into your account.


Otherwise, you may need to request account recovery to regain access. The process is outlined here: How to use account recovery when you can’t reset your Apple ID password.
