I can't add an esim plan/ Nie można dodać planu taryfowego karty esim

After scanning the qr code from your carrier, you cannot finish adding a cellular plan (adding an e-sim card). In the previous phone I had an e-sim card (iPhone 11) and everything worked fine. When I changed my phone to iPhone 13 Pro, the calling plan did not move from 11 to 13. I tried to add the calling plan many times. I was at the operator's. I got a new code for a new test e-sim card, but it doesn't work either. I reset my cellular settings and still nothing. Tried to add the same e-sim on another iPhone 11 but also same error. The operator claims that it is the fault of the equipment, since no e-sim card from this operator works. What to do?

Po skanowaniu kodu qr od operatora nie można ukończyć dodawania planu sieci komórkowej (dodanie karty e-sim). W poprzednim telefonie miałem kartę e-sim (iPhone 11) i wszystko działało poprawnie. Przy zmianie telefonu na iPhone 13 Pro plan taryfowy nie przeniósł się z 11 do 13. Próbowałem wiele razy dodać plan taryfowy. Byłem u operatora. Dostałem nowy kod na nową testową kartę e-sim, ale też nie działa. Resetowałem ustawienia sieci komórkowych i nadal nic. Próbowałem dodać tę samą kartę e-sim na innego iPhone 11, ale również taki sam błąd. Operator twierdzi, że to wina sprzętu, skoro żadna karta e-sim od tego operatora nie działa. Co zrobić?
