Subscription to MUTV Manchester Utd not working on Apple TV

I paid for a subscription to MUTV but although it is now working on my phone and on my iPad, after having to delete and re download it several times, but on Apple TV I keep getting the message that I have to subscribe. MUTV tell me it should work on Apple TV.

Any ideas?

Apple TV on Firestick - now not working. Why? After reading about the increase in cost for Apple TV+, I went into my account to check my sub. Saw a notice about the increase and accepted it. IPhone and iPad can access everything just fine. Apple TV app on Firestick, though, is not working. I’m signed in. I’ve rebooted the Firestick and updated it. No update pending for the Apple TV app. It just keeps telling me I need a subscription to watch, even though I’m logged in AND my account info visible via Firestick tells me I have a current subscription. How do I fix this?

Can you find a “Restore purchases” option in the app? Try that.
