Battery and Charging

There are many videos on Youtube and on Google saying you shouldn't charge your iPhone above 80% or it'll damage your phone battery and it'll reduce the battery health quicker and they also tell not to drain the battery below 40%. Is this true? or is it ok to charge above 80% and drain below 40% will it affect the battery health?

This is not true. There is no need to micromanage your battery. Batteries are degradable products ad they will degenarate over time, no matter what you do.
