Not able to Transfer to my new iPhone 13

Hello,

I have a iPhone XR 64GB, got a new iPhone 13 day before yesterday but it has become impossible to transfer data to my new phone. First tried transferring it directly from Old to New phone but it gets stuck at transferring data, tried a multiple times but it is always get stuck at that for hours then second step was trying it to take backup in Mac and then restore to new phone but the same problem not able to back it up in my Mac, its gets stuck for hours then it says not enough memory in Mac (But there is ample), then tried it on a windows PC via iTunes but the same issue. Third step was trying to backup the phone to iCloud directly from iPhone so purchased 200GB iCloud space (even though apple give free space for 15 days when you buy a new phone) and then tried to back it up in iCloud but in 8 hours it has only been backed up 26% and it is showing 23 hours more (We have a good broadband with 100Mbps plan).

Please Help..

Transferring to a New iPhone:


Tried Quick Start?:

There should be no need to uploads items to iCloud or any other external storage source. Quick Start is what is used to transfer items (i.e. apps) from and older device to a new device (in this cade two iPhones)

Where to go from here:

You'd reset the new iPhone to factory settings, as if you were to sell it. Then, try this once more: What to do Before you Sell, Give Away, or Trade In your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
