Transferring data from iPhone SE to new iPhone 14, but iPhone SE keeps shutting on and off, so my data transfer is uninterrupted

I try to transfer data from my old phone to my new phone, but it takes too long (aka more than 3 mins) and my iPhone SE shuts off. The reason why I got a new phone is because my iPhone SE has been giving me problems, and my iPhone SE can't have the iCloud backup because again, it shuts off randomly before it can finish. How do I fix this issue?
