I reset my Apple Watch and it’s asking for my email password and every time I put it in and says it’s wrong I change the password and try to do it again and it still says it’s wrong and won’t let me in the phone

I reset my watch because I forgot the passcode and now it’s asking for the password to the email link to the watch when I enter it it says wrong I change the password into the new password it still says wrong I cannot get into my watch

That's what the first link is,your apple id password.

The phone wants the original apple id that you paired the watch to the phone with,and because you're trying to enter a password that the phone doesn't recognise.

You can ask apple to remove the activation lock online on this page;

Remove the Activation Lock Here.

Or this;

If you can't remember/gain access to the apple id that paired the watch to the phone.Take the watch and it's receipt with the serial number along with some photo id and any other proof of ownership to an Apple Store and request that they remove the Activation Lock for you.
