This seems to be a widespread issue, a frustrating and very bad surprise. Battery life is suddenly cut by more than 50 pct and charging takes 2 to 3 times longer than before the update. My Ipad is now effectively chained to the charger. How quickly can Apple address these negative effects of 15.6?
