Touch not working on iwatch

My iwatch is not responding to touch so I cannot use it fully. I have done a full reset and cleaned the screen. Any suggestions on how else this can be fixed? Thanks

Swipe up on IWATCH not working Watch model A2478 Version 10.0.1 Since the IOS upgrade the swipe up to control centre is not working. I read a thousand replies saying force restart this and force restart that un pair and re pair did all that and swipe up is definitely not working no amount of touching the side button going to settings or anything else fixes it. Swipe up is not working have reset unpaired and repaired hard reset soft reset. When i swipe up i get apple news don't get me started thats another waste of space. It's the same as the touch my iPhone and it try to customise my screen.....total fail on apples part, complete fault. Now the same with this swipe up nonsense. Over it a whole morning wasted.
