Can’t find my camera or safari?
when I try to use came in messenger or Snapchat it says I have to remove restrictions in settings, general, restrictions off but there is not restrictions?

Restrictions are in Settings, Screen Time
Or Settings, Privacy.
Safari and Camera cannot be deleted so go to App Library after your last home screen and drag them back to a home screen
