where is the macOS high sierra

how can i upgrade my old OS el capitan to the High Sierra if it doesn't show on my available updates?

MacBook Pro 13″, OS X 10.11

Back up your data, check your applications for compatibility, click here, and if your MacBook Pro is a mid-2010 or newer model, then on the download link for High Sierra.
