Thanks Mr. Phillips, I moved mojave down load icon from applications to downloads and from there it was easy to drag down to recycle bin. And then installed mojave.

Start by checking the applications folder for an " Install Mojave " and Drag and Drop to Trash
Then empty Trash and re-download the Full Version of Mojave from this link using Safari
How to get old versions of macOS and verify what version this computer Qualifies to install. For Best results use Safari to commence the download as Others may not work.
Safari will open a redirect and open the Apple Store where the download can commence.
1 - Restart in Safe Mode. This will perform a Disk Repair, clear cache files and only load Apple Software, extensions and fonts. The boot up will be slow and can take some time - Normal.
2 - Does the issue present in this mode ?

Yes I found "Install Mojave" in the application folder. But when i tried to drag and drop to recycle bin, it didn't,
it can be drag but it moves back. need more support.
