iPhone 12 screen is black and won't turn on.
My sister had an iPhone 12 and she woke up this morning to Siri working and her phone is charged but the screen is black and won’t turn on. What do we do. It’s a brand new phone.

Try a forced restart of that iPhone, using these instructions:--> Force restart iPhone – Apple Support
If the issue pereists, since the iPhone is brand new, I suggest that you contact Apple Support using this link:--> Get Support, or (even better) make an appointment (*) and have the device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> Apple – Location Selector. After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.
