Beats Fit Pro earbuds are falling out
My earbuds will not stay in my ear. The piece that goes in the ear for this model is too big. The shape is weird. Which are better

The protrusion on Beats Fit Pro is intended to be positioned vertically, and to hook underneath part of the ear cartilage—the part of the cartilage known as the crura of antihelix—within your ear.
If the Fit Pro do not fit your ear comfortably and securely, consider returning them for a refund.
