How to disable Keyboard Setting that keeps popping up at the bottom?

I have IPAD PRO 12.9 M1 and it frustrates me when it comes to typing. Whichever apps it opens, on the text field, this little Keyboard SETTING (A mini one but still annoying) it goes like this:

See that annoying little [EN] and /\ | 🎤 arrow sign at the bottom? How do I get this off and never shows back up again? I have tried turning PREDICTIVE and SHORTCUT to OFF but this still comes back up. Is it because i am using the third party keyboard? Btw I am using the Logitech Combo Touch. I tried removing the keyboard and the mini thingy just gone. I need this working whenever I connect my keyboard too.

Hope this goes to the best people or techies to answer this :) Thank you all.
