Spacial audio while sharing audio

Do the Spatial Audio or Spatialize Stereo options work while sharing audio with two pairs of AirPods, or is it just regular stereo?

Thank you for participating in the Apple Support Communities. Spatial Audio will not work when sharing audio. This article explains more about this: Share audio with AirPods and Beats headphones on Apple TV 4K

Note: When you share audio with multiple pairs of headphones, you can’t use Spatial Audio and head tracking.
