Multiple BT devices can connect to an iPhone at the same time.

When My Oticon hearing aids are connected to my Phone 12 with IOS 15.6 there is no problem with phone calls or music being directed to them. As soon as I connect BT to Bose headphones the connection is lost to the aids. I am seriously considering an Apple Watch. Would I be able to utilize the watch for communication with my hearing aids?

Thanks in advance for any insight into this situation.

In order to connect my husband’s hearing aids to his iPhone, he has to go into Settings > Accessibility > Hearing Devices. These options do not exist on the Apple Watch. I believe this means the answer is no, you cannot connect your hearing aids to an Apple Watch rather than an iPhone. But you should check with the seller of your hearing aids to be sure.
