What can I do with an iPhone that I found. It lay in the same place where I take a walk for four days in a row with nobody coming for it, so I finally picked it up and brought it home.

What can I do with found / locked iPhone ?

Nothing. You can plug it in, charge it, and if it shows a cellular network the owner can display a message on the screen with instructions on how to return it. If the owner didn’t do that take it to an Apple store for recycling.
