Streamed Apple TV menu

I have 2 Samsung tv’s which stream the Apple TV app, one shows Apple TV with the full menu:

Watch Now, AppleTV, Store, Library, Search, Settings.

The other TV only shows Apple TV, Search and Settings in the menu.

I have tried reinstalling and logging out and back in, nothing works. I can’t delete the app as it is preset on TV.

The limited menu means I can’t access all of the channels and shows I watch on the other TV or watch movies I’ve rented or purchased on that particular TV.

Any ideas on a fix would be great.

It seems one of your devices has the full Apple TV app, and the other has the Apple TV+ app.

Which one is available to you, depends on the model device. It is not a user choice.

Get the Apple TV app or Apple TV+ app on your smart TV, streaming device, or game console - Apple Support
