streaming Apple TV shows and there is no audio

was watching Severance on my Mac book and lost the audio. It is not a problem with my provider Xfinity.

Note that the TV app on Mac has its own volume slider, as a percentage of the Mac system volume slider. Verify that either one isn’t set to 0.

Xfinity Trying to watch Apple TV through Xfinity. We get picture and background audio (background music, etc) but no voice audio (such as voice from actors). Prime TV No Audio AppleTV has lost audio on Prime Video. All other apps (Netflix,etc.) work fine. I’ve deleted the app, restarted AppleTV, software is up to date. No luck. Model A1625. Amazon support is impossible. Any suggestions?
