streaming audio but no video
When streaming an Xfinity TV channel from my laptop to my Apple TV device, the audio streams but not the video. This only recently started to happen.

Xfinity may not allow AirPlay/screen mirroring from a laptop browser to Apple TV. Their app on iPhone or iPad could have a different policy than a browser. Maybe. What they allow for AirPay/screen mirroring is up to Xfinity alone, and can change at any time.
You can however install the Xfinity Stream app on Apple TV (4th generation or later) (tvOS 15 or later), without the need for AirPlay/screen mirroring. This is the recommended way.
