Very strange issue.......

Hello, I have owned the AppleTV-4K for 2 weeks. It is wired to the same network as my audio streamer, the Advance WTX-Stream Tubes. However, the streamer will not be seen by the AppleTV. This is the case when I remove the ethernet cable from the AppleTV and it is connected to the network via WiFi .....

What could this be due to? My iMac is also wired to the network and here I can see the streamer, while the WiFi is switched off....... Does anyone have experience with this? If so, solution? PS. my hi-fi speakers are connected to the streamer.

Hello HCCM,

As the Advance Paris WTX-StreamTubes is a third-party product, you'll be best served by reaching out to the manufacturer directly. It does list as AirPlay compatible, but it does not specifically list device compatibility. So they can confirm if it will work and how things should be set up. Here's their site: WTX-StreamTubes - Advance Paris
