I have Parkinson’s and my Left arm doesn’t swing much when I walk. Is there a way for Apple Watch to account for that and more accurately Record my movement?

Activity—watch does not record accurately when walking with walking poles (Nordic walking). HELP I’ve started walking with walking poles. Doing so my Apple Watch does not record my activity correctly.

Apple Watch 8 not counting steps on a treadmill. The Apple Watch 8 does not count steps on a treadmill. The only way the Apple Watch 8 counts steps on a treadmill is if I swing my arms all the time, which is not safe. There have been lots of questions about this, and iI think it's time for Apple to make changes to the watch so it counts steps on a treadmill, without using GPS. It needs to count 1 every time a foot steps on the treadmill.

Could you possibly wear the watch on your right arm?,you can change the orientation in settings so that the watch isn't upside down;
