Does Apple Watch track workouts accurately while using an armband?
I'm hoping to wear my apple watch during my boxing workouts. I want to buy an armband so I can still track my workouts and heart rate. Does wearing the apple watch SE on my arm mean it won't detect my workouts and/or heart rate accurately? I'd appreciate advice form anyone who has personal experience with this.
I'm also open to hearing about other places I can wear my apple watch during workouts that isn't my wrist or arm.
Just FYI, it isn't practical to wear the watch on my wrist during workouts because of the hand wraps and the gloves I need to wear. Plus, occasionally I spar so when I'm blocking I don't want the watch to get punched and potentially damaged while I'm wearing it. Thanks in advance for your help!
