MacBook Air M2 gets very hot

I bought my MacBook brand new a couple of weeks ago, however I'm a bit worried. It gets very hot sometimes when I'm not doing anything demanding. Also, trying to play simple well optimised games like League of legends, it gets insanely hot and installing stuff. Not sure if this is normal for a MacBook, would love to get some support, because it worries me, especially when it's hot when I'm just using a browser.

Thanks.

It's normal for a Mac to become warm with use: Keep your Mac notebook within acceptable operating temperatures - Apple Support.

Don't use keyboard covers, cases, or "skins".

... it gets insanely hot and installing stuff.

I would consider "insanely hot" abnormal though, and I don't understand what you mean by "installing stuff".
